Wyke Financial has been helping people with their Mortgage and Insurance needs since 2017.
Our journey began with our first office in 2017 which we soon outgrew and in 2019 we moved to our current head office base in Priors Hall, Corby, Northamptonshire. From here we have been able to serve the local Corby community and, through our investment in technology, reach clients from all over the UK.
In 2024, we opened our second branch in Nene Court, Wellingborough. This expansion meant that we were now able to provide the local customer service that our clients know and love, to a new customer base, helping more clients with their needs than ever before.
Securing a Mortgage or Insurance product can be a complicated and frustrating experience, that’s why we’re committed to making the process as straightforward and jargon-free as possible. We believe in total transparency and honesty throughout your journey with us, explaining each step of the process, what needs to be done and the best ways for us to help you. It’s this customer service that always brings our clients back to us time and time again.
Each member of the Wyke Financial team is highly trained and between us boasts over 70 years’ experience in the industry. As such there is not much we haven’t seen and dealt with before.
Every case is unique, every client different, there is no “one size fits all” approach. That’s why we use our intimate knowledge of the industry to search through lender’s and product’s until we find one that is right for you. We pride ourselves on knowing that our customers can trust the recommendations we make.

Once your application has been submitted, you will be in the care of our dedicated support team. There will always be a friendly voice at the end of the phone or a coffee waiting for you at either one of our offices.
